Terms & Conditions
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
- If you have made payment, you agree to the agreed terms and conditions, including the number of participants, included and excluded.
- Make a down payment of 30% of the total price, and make full payment at time of pick-up. The remainder of the payment is paid to our driver
- If there is an increase in the number of participants and/or a reduction in fleet units and/or facilities then
Fees will be adjusted according to the number of changes. - Booking a tour during the high season period (Eid, Christmas, New Year) is no later than 21 days before the departure date.
- Please confirm to our admin if you have made a payment by showing a screenshot of the transaction. And the admin will input your travel data. Invoice will be provided after payment.
- The driver as a guide is a driver who does not only enter tourist attractions take participants to the main entrance, introduce local guides and buy tourist entrance tickets for participants. Participants are free to explore tourist attractions at the specified time with conditions in the field.
- Prices can change at any time if there is an increase in fuel, entrance ticket prices or other things related to tourist destinations.
- Prices listed do not apply during Eid, Christmas and New Year holidays.
ADDITIONAL COST :
- If participants do the tour during the Eid season, Christmas, New Year.
- If participants want an accommodation upgrade.
- If participants wish to be picked up and/or dropped off outside the area stated on the tour package.
- If participants want to add routes or tourist destinations

CANCELLATION :
- If there is a reschedule (rescheduling or change of date), the price will be adjusted selected time.
- If there is a unilateral cancellation after making the down payment, the down payment that has been paid cannot be returned/forfeited.
- Schedule errors & delays, caused by natural disasters, demonstrations, accidents and Riots or caused by participant error and without confirmation we will consider it as unilateral cancellation by the tour participant.
REFUND :
- If it is impossible to visit a tourist destination due to a disaster, unfavorable weather, closure of tourist attractions, or other reasons beyond our control, then participants have no right to ask for compensation or a refund of the fees paid.
- There are no refunds or reductions in fees if the tourist attraction/meal/hotel is canceled not because of Pigiyuk 78 Tour but by the participant or due to force majeure or unexpected events.
- No refunds apply in the event of individual cancellation or reduction of participants after payment of the Down Payment, fees will still be charged according to the number of participants and number of previous tours.
DISCLAIMER :
Pigiyuk 78 Tour cannot be sued and is not responsible for :
- Plane or train delays, or cancellation of plane arrivals and/or departures as well as all events that occur outside our tour package agenda.
- Changes in travel plans due to natural disasters, riots and so on which are Force Majeure.
- Death of participants due to illness, accident, etc.
- Pigiyuk 78 tour only provides services and is not responsible for flight cancellations, deaths, accidents, loss of luggage or personal items (cameras, bags, jewelry, etc.) while at the hotel or outside our tour schedule.
- Loss of tourist equipment due to participant negligence.
- Participants who agree to use Pigiyuk 78 tour services are deemed to have read and agreed to the applicable terms and conditions.
- Participants are prohibited from bringing prohibited items that violate legal regulations such as: drugs, firearms, illegal liquor, etc.
- Participants must obey the instructions from our crew (driver/tour leader/tour guide).
- Participants are required to comply with applicable regulations and maintain politeness at each tourist attraction visited.
How to Book ?
- Before ordering, be sure of the availability of tourist packages to our admin first.
- Select your visit date (after confirming availability with our admin) then select the total number of participants (1/2/3/etc).
- The down payment amount that must be paid is 30% of the total price, then click BOOK NOW.
- To get the down payment amount (30% of the total price) is to enter the coupon code “DP30%” in the COUPON CODE column.
- Check your Cart again, a shopping cart display will appear that confirms the tour program taken, the number of people / pax and the total price that must be paid then click CHECK OUT.
- Then fill in the customer data (Traveler Details), don’t forget to fill in the name, telephone number, pick-up address and email then click BUAT PESANAN.
